Welcome to Konnevesi Museum

Konnevesi Museum is a local heritage museum located in Central Finland, showcasing the rich cultural history of the region. Established in 1958, the museum’s open-air area features 12 traditional log buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries, representing the Savonian architectural style. These buildings include a smokehouse, granaries, a windmill, a blacksmith’s workshop, and more, arranged in a traditional rural yard layout.
